01 · Start with your natural nails
Remove existing polish and measure clean, dry nails. Each finger can need a different fit, and the two hands may differ. Record both hands separately.
02 · Measure the widest point
Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper. Measure straight across the widest part of each natural nail, from sidewall to sidewall—not around the nail. Record the width in millimeters and compare it with the chart above.
03 · Record thumb to pinky
Write down five measurements for each hand, in order from thumb to pinky. Include the product name and style you are considering. If you are between options or uncertain, ask for help before choosing.
04 · Confirm the catalog option
Choose the closest width in the XS, S, M, or L reference chart above. If between sizes, choose the larger size and file to fit, as shown in the guide. Sizing can vary by brand and nail shape; confirm the actual width for your chosen design before ordering. Email your measurements if you need help choosing an existing fixed size.
A note on shape and length
Fit and style are separate. A nail’s style may include shape and length, while its size controls the fit across the natural nail. Confirm both when selecting a listed fixed-size option. Do not force an uncomfortable fit.
